Casey King
Chief Technology Officer
LifeSize
Casey King has over 20 years of experience designing and building video technology products. As CTO, Casey is responsible for driving LifeSize's technology innovation and strategic product vision. Before joining LifeSize as a principal engineer in September 2003, Casey was an AMD Fellow in the Personal Connectivity Solutions group at Advanced Micro Devices. Prior to AMD he was a software architect for Alchemy Semiconductor, and also held various product development and leadership roles in the areas of graphics and multimedia at Apple Computer.
Casey began his career as a systems engineer at Link Flight Simulation. He holds a BSEE from the University of Texas.

Mary Barnes

Mary Barnes has been involved in system architecture and product development for real-time communication systems for over 25 years, focusing for the past 12 years on IP communications and standards development. She is an active contributor to the IETF. She is the author of IETF specifications relating to the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Centralized Conferencing, NAT/Firewall traversal and Geographic Location Delivery. She currently serves as chair of the IETF DISPATCH working group in the Real-time Applications and Infrastructure (RAI) Area and as (past-chair) advisor for the IETF Nominations Committee for 2010-2011.
She joined Polycom as a Principal Engineer in the CTO Video Solutions Group in June, 2010. Prior to joining Polycom, Mary was a Senior Advisor for Nortel, leading the IETF standards strategy for the Carrier VoIP and Application Solutions (CVAS) business unit (now Genband). She was also a senior manager/advisor for Nortel's 3G IP research, prototyping an all IP based core network. She is the inventor of several patents related to this work. In this role, she participated in the 3G related standards forums (3G.IP and MWIF) and contributed to 3GPP, including the proposal resulting in SIP being selected as the call control protocol for IMS. She served as vice-chair of the Architecture working group in the Mobile Wireless Internet forum (MWIF). She also designed and developed real-time software for Nortel's DMS-based GSM and Enterprise products. Prior to joining Nortel, Mary developed real-time embedded software for GPS and video reconnaissance systems for Texas Instruments.
Mary has a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Alan Page
Principal Tester

Alan Page is the Chair of the Test & Certification Work Group. For the past 18 years he has been with Microsoft in various testing-related roles. He started his career as a software tester in 1993 and joined Microsoft in 1995. Throughout his career, he has tested a lot of things, inclulding audio and midi software, networking components and drivers, debuggers, filesystems and several other layers of operating systems. Alan's current position at Microsoft is Principal Tester in the Office Communications Group. He is the lead author of "How We Test Software" at Microsoft and is a frequent writer for testing web sites and other publications. Catch his Blog at www.angryweasel.com.

Joe Reventas

Joe Reventas is presently the acting pro-tem Vice-Chair of the Certification Working Group. His current position is Senior Business Development Manager for the Voice Communications Solutions business unit at Polycom. In this role, he oversees the implementation of Polycom’ worldwide voice partner strategy and interoperability certification programs: Polycom VoIP Partner Programs.
Prior to joining Polycom, Joe had held senior sales and business development roles while participating in early stage VoIP technology ventures with providers such as eFusion and BroadSoft. Joe possesses an extensive telecom background with signaling and switching technologies.

Robin Raulf-Sager 
Director, Communications
RADVISION
Robin Raulf-Sager is currently the acting chair for the UCIF Marketing Work Group and the Director of Communications for RADVISION. Prior to this new position, she was a Senior Corporate Communications Manager for Polycom, Inc. Robin has more than 15 years’ experience in communications, both internal and external, as well as a number of years in employee development. She has managed PR and industry analyst programs in North America and abroad and has international work experience.
In addition to overseeing the recent UCIF launch, Robin also led the 360-degree communications efforts for two corporate acquisitions. She has worked in high tech marcom/PR, specifically in the storage, communications and Wi-Fi industries, for the past 10 years. Robin holds both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Communications from the University of Illinois.
